Food blogger Valentyna Kushch shared on Instagram how to make pancakes with holes in them. This recipe will be just perfect and will add color to the holiday.

Ingredients
- Fatty kefir - 400 ml.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 250 gr.
- Milk - 250 ml.
- Oil - 50 ml.
- Salt
Method of preparation.
1. Add sugar, salt and baking soda to the kefir. Stir well.
2. Add eggs and flour. Mix well.

3. Pour in very hot milk and oil. Stir.

4. Fry in a very hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil. The dough will foam and grow a little, and bubbles will appear.
