Fail of the day: football legend who shocked Russians by participating in the Game4Ukraine match visited Moscow
World soccer legend Samuel Eto'o, who took part in a charity match in support of Ukraine, has arrived in Moscow. The former Barcelona and Inter Milan striker will attend a friendly match in which the Russian national team will receive Cameroon on October 12.
This was stated in a comment to the Sport24 portal by Blaise Junan, Secretary-General of the Cameroon Football Federation, which is now headed by Eto'o. According to him, the three-time Champions League winner was happy to visit the capital of the aggressor country.
"Mr. Eto'o has already arrived in Moscow, he is happy to be back in Russia and is pleased with the reception. In the evening, our president will be at the match and hopes for the victory of the Cameroon national team," Junan said.
Eto'o took part in the Game4Ukraine match on August 6. The Russians were shocked by the legendary footballer's appearance, so the propaganda media removed any mention of Ukraine. The Cameroonian started a fight at the stadium after one of the matches at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, former Russian national footballer Diniyar Bilyaletdinov spoke disgustingly of sports organizations because of the exclusion of teams from the aggressor country from international tournaments.
