Autumn is the season when we gradually move from bright and light things to more restrained colors and closed clothes. Does this mean we start dressing more boring? Actress Eva Longoria says no.
During a recent vacation in France, she shared with her Instagram followers the outfit she chose for a restaurant outing. Longoria wore an outfit with an unusual cut that included a cropped one-shoulder top with wide sleeves and a voluminous asymmetrical skirt that revealed one leg.
Such a bold cut is a remarkable accent in itself, so the star chose a rather restrained color of the suit - 'millennial gray', also known as corporate gray. In addition, she did not include accessories, choosing only pink shoes with pointed toes and accent buckles.
It is worth noting that corporate gray is one of the main trends this fall. This season, the color of boring business suits is somewhat replacing the more familiar black and white.
At the same time, stylists recommend trying to wear it in monochromatic looks, namely without color accents or contrasting accessories. Such a rejection of expressiveness may look like a challenge in itself - what is conceptually perceived as potentially boring and colorless is actually a sign of courage and audacity. And Eva Longoria is here to prove it.
