Easy and healthy dinner salad made from simple ingredients: share the recipe
Salads can be made from any vegetables, herbs, iceberg lettuce, and arugula. For a more substantial version, add meat, shrimp, sausage, and cheese.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light, and healthy shrimp salad with herbs and an original dressing.
Ingredients:
- shrimp
- salt, garlic, pepper
- mixed green – arugula and spinach
- cherry tomatoes
- parmesan cheese
- pine nuts
Dressing:
- 2-3 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of mustard seeds
- juice of half an orange
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the shrimp, add salt, garlic and pepper. Fry in a well-heated frying pan for 1 minute on each side.
2. Put the greens, cherry tomatoes, and shrimp on a plate.
3. For the dressing: mix all the ingredients and dress the salad.
Grate Parmesan cheese and add roasted nuts!
