Diet chebureks without dough: you need pita bread

You can make delicious chebureks even without kneading the dough. All you need is regular pita bread. And chicken meat is perfect for the filling, which will be very juicy after frying.

The idea of making lazy chebureks with chicken without dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname nastia mudraya. The dish is also quite dietary.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 80 g
  • chicken fillet - 125 g
  • onion - 30 g
  • sour cream 15% - 25 g
  • hard cheese - 25 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Make the minced meat: beat the fillet with onion and garlic in a blender.

2. Add sour cream, hard cheese, salt, spices.

3. Cut out circles from the pita bread.

4. Brush the edges of each pita in a circle with a beaten egg with salt.

5. Put the minced chicken halfway through so that there is an indent from the edge.

6. Fold the pita bread in half and seal.

7. Brush the top of the cheburek with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
