December heat: where it is warm and sunny at the beginning of winter

And it is not surprising. It's not for nothing that the sun affects our well-being. As soon as it comes out, a big smile appears on our face.

In early winter, it is relatively warm here. The thermometer reaches 23 degrees. Therefore, it is theoretically possible to lie down and even sunbathe on the waterfront.
