On the night of October 19, the terrorist country of Russia attacked the Kyiv region again with the help of kamikaze drones. As a result of the falling debris, several high-rise buildings were damaged and several fires broke out.
This was announced by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, the KRMA press service reports. Residents were urged not to ignore the air raid alert.
"At night, the enemy massively attacked Kyiv region with attack drones. Air defense forces were working in the region. Enemy targets were destroyed. There were no hits to critical and residential infrastructure. There were no casualties among the population," said Kravchenko.
The head of the Kyiv regional military administration added that as a result of the fall of debris from downed enemy targets in one of the settlements, the roof of a multi-storey residential building was damaged, windows were smashed and one of the apartments was partially destroyed. Windows in another multi-storey building were also smashed and three cars were damaged. The SES noted that more than 40 residents were evacuated from the building.
All operational services are working at the site. A warming center has been set up, and psychologists are working. The consequences of the fall of the drone wreckage are being eliminated.
In addition, the Russian attack damaged one private house and a garage and caused a fire in a field and one of the markets, which has been extinguished.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, in Kyiv on the night of Monday, October 21, the air defense forces destroyed drones that Russian occupation forces tried to attack the region with. In the capital, the roof of a house caught fire, and a civilian was injured as a result of the falling UAV debris.
