Court in Vinnytsia confiscates apartment of pensioner who justified Russian aggression. Video
A court in Vinnytsia has sentenced 80-year-old pensioner Alla Stadnytska to 4 years in prison in absentia for justifying Russian aggression in Ukraine. The woman's apartment was confiscated - this is the first time such a case has occurred.
This is stated in the TSN story. It is noted that the woman worked for decades as a physics teacher in a Vinnytsia school, but during the coronavirus pandemic she went to Russia to live with her children, where she remained.
Neighbors said that Stadnytska loved Russia and dictator Putin all her life, but at the same time hated everything Ukrainian. She supported pro-Russian posts on social media and called on Russia to come save "Banderite Ukraine."
Based on the evidence collected by investigators of the Vinnytsia Regional Department of the SBU, the court found the pensioner guilty of justifying Russian aggression and calling for the overthrow of the state authorities in Ukraine. The verdict was delivered in absentia, as the woman is outside the country. In addition to her 2-room apartment in Vinnytsia, her other property was confiscated.
The traitor told Russian media about the "shock" of this news.
"When my daughter was called to tell me that such a disaster had happened, I did not believe it. Because this apartment was earned by my husband, who served in the army for 26 years faithfully," the pensioner said.
