The almond-shaped nail shape is one of the most popular among nail technicians and their clients because it is considered one of the most flattering.
"With this shape, the nails are graceful and taper to a rounded top, making your fingers look extremely elegant and elongated," famous nail designer Julie Kandalek explained to NewBeauty.
Simply put, whether you like long or short manicures, in any color or design, almond nails look timeless and elegant.

The key feature of soap nails is a smooth and visually wet surface. In addition, just like lip gloss and glass nails, soap manicure is about restrained elegance.

Experts gave some of their recommendations for creating a soap nail manicure. Morgan Hale, a nail expert and spokesperson for the Gelish brand, recommends Gelish Foundation Flex. Rebecca Isa, Zoya's creative director, advises applying two to three coats of Zoya Naked Manicure Perfector Shade ($12), such as pink, nude, or buff, "to create a clear, healthy nail color" and finish with Zoya Naked Manicure Ultra Glossy Seal Top Coat. Also, Chanel La Base Camélia, Static Nails Creme Brulee, and London Town Perfecting Nail Veil #4 can create a similar tone.
