Ingredients:
- cocoa 30 g (2 tbsp with a slide)
- 700 ml milk (600 ml base + 100 ml for gelatin)
- sugar 120-130 g
- vanilla sugar 10 g
- gelatin 30 g
- chocolate 85 g (80 g for the base, 5 g for the sprinkle)
Method of preparation:
1. In a saucepan, mix the cocoa with a little milk, stir to avoid lumps. Pour in more milk. Add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix thoroughly.

2. Put on the fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil.

3. Pour 100 ml of milk over the gelatin, mix and leave to swell. Add the chocolate and gelatin to the mixture, stir or beat with a blender, and cool.
Preparing the dessert
Pour the mixture into the molds and refrigerate until it cools completely. Garnish with grated chocolate!
