And you didn't notice: 5 actors who have played multiple roles in the same movie

Have you seen the movie Back to the Future 2 (1989)? And how often? You may have noticed that the main character Marty and his beautiful daughter Marlene McFly look alike. The fact is that they were played by the same actor, Michael J. Fox. And he was so good at it that he looked organic in both characters.

In what other films were Hollywood stars lucky enough to play several characters at once? Find out in the OBOZ.UA article. Some of them were made up so much that they are unrecognizable in the second role.

1. Jonathan Hyde

In the legendary movie Jumanji (1995), British theater and film actor Jonathan Hyde played the role of shoe factory owner Sam Parrish, as well as the main antagonist Van Pelt, a big game hunter. He is easily recognizable as the former, but only the most attentive will see Jonathan behind the makeup and crazy look of the latter.

2. Ben Stiller

American comedian and film producer Ben Stiller impressed the directors with his professional performance in the first two films Night at the Museum (2006 and 2009) so much that in the third installment, Night at the Museum: The Secret of the Tomb" (2014), he was "given" two roles at once. Have you noticed which ones? We are talking about the night guard Larry Daly and the Neanderthal Laaa.

3. Eddie Murphy

The American actor and director Eddie Murphy outperformed all the actors in this selection. In the movie "Trip to America" (1988), he played four completely different characters: Prince Akeem (the heir to the throne of Zamunda), barber shop owner Clarence, soul singer Randy Watson from the fictional band Sexual Chocolate, and a Jewish barber shop client named Saul.

The makeup artists and stylists (and the actor himself, of course) did such a good job on each image that Eddie Murphy is recognizable only as the prince.

4. Warwick Davis

Actor and TV presenter Warwick Davis played several characters in the Harry Potter films: the goblin Griphook and Professor Filius Flitwick. This decision was facilitated not only by the star's skillful performance, but also by his extremely rare form of dwarfism. Warwick is 107 cm tall. By the way, this same congenital feature helped him get his first (and immediately iconic!) role as Ewok Wicket in the Star Wars series.

5. Dean-Charles Chapman

English theater and film actor Dean-Charles Chapman played the roles of Kiwan Lannister's son, Martin Lannister, and Tommen Baratheon, the third king of the Seven Kingdoms from the Baratheon dynasty, in the Game of Thrones series. For the second character, the stylists only slightly changed the style of hair and costumes, but it was enough for not all viewers to notice a familiar face. Did you have the feeling "I've seen him/her somewhere before"?
