An original crab stick appetizer for the New Year: it's easy to prepare

Crab sticks are an integral component of dishes on every New Year's table. This ingredient can be used to make salad and various spreads. Also, a great and very quick option would be to make stuffed crab sticks.

The idea of preparing an original appetizer of crab sticks for the New Year was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Panasiuk (viktoria.panasiuk).

Ingredients:

• crab sticks - 10 pcs.
• boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
• hard cheese - 150 g
• garlic - 2-3 cloves
• mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
• salt / pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Remove the film from the crab sticks, unwind them.

2. Grate the hard cheese.

3. Grate the eggs.

4. Combine everything in one container.

5. Add mayonnaise, garlic, and spices.

6. Mix everything well.

7. Put the prepared filling on the unfolded crab sticks.

8. Roll the stick with the filling.

9. Dip the ends in chopped herbs.
