Jennifer Minton, a US citizen, won 50 thousand dollars playing the online game Safari Quest of the Virginia Lottery. What a shock it was for the woman when she hit the jackpot of almost $1 million in the same lottery less than a week later.

The People magazine wrote about the lucky woman. The American woman told representatives of the Virginia Lottery how she found out about her winnings, which she could not believe for a long time.

According to Jennifer, she was sitting by the fire and playing an online game when she suddenly noticed that the jackpot was zeroed out. The first thing that came to her mind was: "Damn, someone just hit the jackpot. They are so lucky!"

It took Jennifer a few minutes to realize that she was the one who hit the jackpot.

"I'm shocked! I still can't believe it," Minton told lottery officials.

Eventually, after winning $50 thousand, the American replenished her budget with another $912 936. She could not believe that her luck smiled twice in a week, and so big.

It is noted that the price of a ticket for the game that brought the woman a lot of money ranges from $0.20 to $50, and the current jackpot after Minton's win is estimated at a little over $300 thousand.

Representatives of the Virginia Lottery emphasize that the profits from ticket sales for the game are directed to financial support of public schools in the state. Last year, about $2.7 million was raised to finance educational institutions in Minton's hometown, Gloucester.
