All educational documents are now available in Diia. What to do if a certificate, transcript or diploma is not uploaded
All educational documents are now available in the Diia app. If a certificate, transcript, or diploma is not uploaded, Ukrainians need to update the app.
The news was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov on his official Telegram channel. He emphasized that Ukrainians do not need to download anything else, as all documents will be automatically pulled up if the information is entered into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.
"Yes, this means that you no longer need to look through your school certificates and ask your mother to help you find your diploma. And you don't have to worry if you go abroad and forget your diploma at home, because all your educational documents are already at hand – in Diia. Use your educational documents when applying to a university or getting a job. And Diia continues to create useful and necessary services," commented Fedorov.
Documents that will be "pulled up" in the application:
- Certificate of basic general secondary education
- Certificate of complete general secondary education
- Certificate of working qualification
- Diploma of a skilled worker
- Diploma of professional junior bachelor
- Diploma of junior specialist
- Diploma of junior bachelor
- Bachelor's degree
- Diploma of specialist
- Diploma of Master
- Diploma of Doctor of Philosophy
- Diploma of Doctor of Arts
Just to remind you, participants of the National Multisubject Test 2024 can register for the exam using Diia. To do this, you need to upload a document on education separately in the electronic cabinet, all other personal data will be entered into the system automatically.
