In Thailand, a 23-year-old tourist from Russia was running around the streets of North Pattaya completely naked and attacking random Thais for no reason. Local police had to detain the inadequate citizen of the terrorist country by force.
The incident occurred on November 7 at around 20:00. The suspect's name is not being disclosed pending psychiatric evaluation and treatment, according to the local news portal Pattaya News.
Law enforcement officers led by Colonel Naveen Sinturat detained a naked Russian man who was loudly shouting curse words in Russian and attacking locals with his fists. The police described the detainee as extremely uncooperative, seemingly unable or unwilling to speak Thai or English.

The Russian continued to threaten police, reporters, rescuers, passers-by and doctors as he was being taken to a local hospital for a full examination for possible drug or alcohol use and for sedation.
The tourist from the Russian Federation was walking around the city naked and shouting at passers-by. He was watched by numerous concerned citizens who recorded the actions of the inadequate man on video. Later, however, the Russian approached a random couple and began beating them for no reason. This moment was also captured on eyewitnesses' cameras.
After that, several Thais who were nearby grabbed the Russian and held him until the police arrived a few minutes later and took him to the hospital.

The suspect is likely to face numerous legal charges. Currently, the results of the examination are expected to confirm or deny that the tourist used illegal drugs.
