On Thursday, March 21, a house built in the late 1930s was damaged in Kyiv during a missile attack by the terrorist country of Russia. A fragment of a Russian missile hit one of the apartments, causing a fire.

This was reported by an OBOZ.UA correspondent. Unfortunately, people were injured as a result of the enemy attack.

Thus, on the morning of Thursday, March 21, a fragment of a downed Russian missile hit a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital. As a result, a fire broke out, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers.

According to residents, the damaged building was constructed in the late 1930s – one of the fragments hit an apartment, which, fortunately, was unoccupied at the time. The owners of the apartment are outside the city and may not even be aware of the extent of the damage.

Unfortunately, all floors were flooded with water while extinguishing the fire. Experts will determine the condition of the building and its suitability for restoration and further use.

Another piece of debris caused a large crater in the yard of the house, and also damaged the OCU church, several cars, and shattered windows with an explosive wave.

As a reminder, on Thursday, March 21, a Russian missile attack damaged houses in the Kyiv region. Unfortunately, there were casualties – civilians suffered shrapnel wounds to their limbs and faces.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the morning of March 21, Ukrainian air defenders repelled a massive Russian air attack, destroying all missiles over Kyiv region. In particular, 29 cruise missiles and two aerial ballistic missiles were shot down.
