A resident of Makariv, Kyiv region, found six shell fuses inside a stove while repairing it. As it turned out, during the occupation of the area, the military of the aggressor country the Russian Federation lived here.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv region police. The explosive items were seized.
"Residents of the Makariv community discovered the dangerous find in their homes when they decided to repair the stove. The citizens immediately called the State Emergency Service and the police. Kyiv police officers found out that there were 6 shell fuses in the oven. The aggressors lived in this house during the occupation of the community," the press service said.
Law enforcers once again called on citizens, especially residents of the de-occupied territories, to not move dangerous objects when they are found, and to move to a safe distance. Also, be sure to inform the relevant services about the dangerous find.
As a reminder, a T-800 robotic armored vehicle exploded during demining in the village of Lypivka, Kyiv region. The work was carried out by the non-governmental organization HALO Trust.
