A lazy cottage cheese dessert that doesn't need to be baked: gelatin is required
No-bake cottage cheese desserts are always quick and delicious. And the next option is just that. Moreover, if you combine the right ingredients, it will also be quite low in calories.
The idea of making a lazy cottage cheese dessert without baking was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil alexx). Instead of the usual mold, the mass can be poured into a milk carton for solidification.
No-bake cottage cheese dessert recipe

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (fat) - 700 g
- can of canned pineapple - 400 g
- gelatin 25 g + 100 g of water
- sweetener (sugar or stevia) - 4-5 tbsp.
- mold - 1 liter milk carton
Method of preparation:

1. Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave to swell: 25 g gelatin - 100 g water.
2. Meanwhile, add the pineapple juice, sugar substitute or sugar to the cottage cheese and beat into a smooth mass with a blender - at this stage you can taste and adjust.

3. Add the pineapple slices and mix everything.

4. Melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave (15-25 seconds).
5. Pour into the cottage cheese and mix.

6. Pour into any convenient mold and refrigerate.
7. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
