A US couple sold their house to travel the world on cruises

Americans Angeline and Richard Burke sold their home to live on cruise ships. They claim to have saved "a lot of money".

This is reported by Express. The couple travels all over the world without having a steady income.

At first glance, Angeline and Richard Burke seem like an ordinary retired American couple. However, the couple is actually adventurous: they sold their house to live on different cruise ships. The couple claims that this lifestyle not only saves them money, but also allows them to travel the world.

Despite this, the Burkes claim to be saving a lot of money. "For about the last two years, the cost of living has been $35,000 or less," Angeline said. That's only half of their pre-retirement living expenses. They use savings packages and loyalty points from credit cards, as well as promotions from cruise lines.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA told about the world's largest cruise ship Icon of the Seas. At the end of October, the ship passed the last round of sea trials.
