Ukraine continues to "demilitarize" the Russian Federation. On the night of September 23, the Kamensky plant, which produces fuel for Russian rocket engines, was attacked in the Rostov region.

It is known that as a result of the attack, a gas supply pipe was damaged at the enterprise. This was reported by the Russian edition of ASTRA, citing sources.

"On the night of September 22-23, an air defense system was triggered in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtynsky in the Rostov region. According to ASTRA's sources in the region's emergency services, 2 unidentified missiles (presumably Neptune) were shot down. When one of the downed missiles fell on the territory of the enterprise, a gas supply pipe was damaged, and the grass nearby caught fire.

The Federal State Enterprise "Kamensky Combine" is one of the largest chemical enterprises in southern Russia, and it is also considered to be the city-forming enterprise of the city of Kamensk-Shakhtynsky. However, the target chosen by the Ukrainian soldiers for the attack is noteworthy.

As ASTRA writes, back in 2011, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) partially declassified data related to the development of the RT-2 solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile (SS-13 Savage in the US classification) in the USSR. In CIA documents, the Kamensk-Shakhtynsky plant was listed as the place where composite fuel for rocket engines of this type was produced, and test facilities were also located there.

By the way, the Kamensky plant has received attention from the Ukrainian Defense Forces before. For example, the company was attacked in April this year. However, then it was targeted by drones.

"According to the updated data from the emergency services, the glazing of an industrial building in Kamianske was damaged as a result of the fall of UAV debris. An employee of the company sustained light injuries in the form of cuts, he was given first aid and refused hospitalization. Investigative measures are underway," Rostov Region Governor Vyacheslav Golubev wrote in the morning of April 18.

It is known that three drones attempted to attack the company.

As a reminder, on September 24, people in Taganrog, Russia, complained about a drone crash. As a result, a massive fire broke out in the city's industrial zone. Local authorities claim that a timber warehouse is on fire.
