Where do products come from: a neural network showed photos that boggle the mind
When we're in the kitchen, we often wish that ready-made food or dishes could just grow on trees or in the field. Imagine going out to the garden and picking up ready-made cheese, plucking fresh bread from a tree, or bringing back cakes or a whole bowl of sushi from the meadow.
Croatian director, music video maker, and artist Filip Filipović, known as Philatz, has created an art project that illustrates how it could look. To view the photos, read the story to the end.
His project is titled "A World Where Everything Is Grown, Not Manufactured." He created all the images using the Midjourney neural network. They depict villagers from all over the world harvesting very unusual crops of ready-to-eat food, ranging from simple bread to bacon, burgers, chips, pizza, candy, and beer.
