What salad to make with cabbage and cucumbers: a great dish without mayonnaise
Cabbage salad itself is very healthy and vitamin, especially if you prepare it with vegetables - carrots, cucumbers, peppers, and complemented with a delicious dressing instead of mayonnaise - yogurt, sour cream or vegetable oil.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Oksana Bilinskaya(oxana_bil) shared a recipe for a spring vitamin salad of cabbage and cucumbers with a delicious sour cream dressing.
Recipe for cabbage and cucumber salad without mayonnaise

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1/2 pc
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- cucumbers - 1 pc
- greens
- salt, pepper
Dressing:
- boiled yolks - 4 pcs
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.

2. Cut the cucumbers in half rings, dice the white, chop the greens.
3. For the dressing, mash the yolks and mix them with mustard and sour cream.
