Ukrainian Air Defense Forces destroy over 20 enemy targets in the skies over Kyiv
On the night of September 21, the Russian occupation army attacked Kyiv with cruise missiles. Air defense forces destroyed more than 20 targets in the sky over the capital.
As a result of the missiles' downing, debris fell in several districts of the capital. This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration.
Russian terrorists launched missiles at the Ukrainian capital from ten Tu-95MS strategic aircraft. Air defense forces destroyed more than 20 enemy targets in the sky over Kyiv.
As a result of falling debris in the Shevchenkivskyi district, a gas pipe was damaged, though it did not catch fire. In Darnytsia district, debris damaged non-residential buildings and parked cars.
The Kyiv City Military Administration noted that the capital has already crossed the 1,000-hour mark since the start of the full-scale invasion.

- Also on September 21, at least 6 explosions occurred in Kharkiv during an air raid alert. Russian terrorists hit the city with S-300 missiles.
- In Cherkasy, a Russian missile was shot down, but the falling debris damaged a civilian infrastructure facility in the city center. At least 5 people were injured, and one more is under the rubble.
