Homemade thin pancakes - a dish that very often does not turn out as well as we would like. In order for the pancakes not to tear, you need to add vegetable oil to the batter, then the pancakes will be very elastic and thin.

Culinarian Anna shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, thin pancakes that won't tear.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1,5 tbsp.
  • vanilla - a pinch
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 200 grams
  • milk - 200 ml
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
  • boiling water - 200 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla. Then pour in the milk, add the flour and mix well so that there are no lumps.

 

2. Next, pour in the oil and boiling water and stir.

3. Fry the pancakes and serve with any filling!
