Skabeyeva's interlocutor contradicted her, saying that there were "border protection troops" there. However, he agreed with the propagandist that troops from Ukraine should be deployed to Belgorod Oblast.

It is worth noting that the governor of Russia's Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, believes that the "best solution to the problem" of shelling in his region would be for the occupiers to seize the Kharkiv region of Ukraine.
