On Tuesday, April 18, Russian occupation troops struck downtown Kherson. One person was killed and at least six others were injured as a result of the shelling.

Another attack was reported on Telegram by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak. According to him, the Central Market district was targeted by the enemy.

The head of the region, Alexander Prokudin, also warned the townspeople about enemy shelling and urged everyone to take cover.

As reportedby Suspilne, one person died and six more were wounded as a result of the shelling of the Central Market in Kherson. Glass in the main pavilion and kiosks was broken.

On April 15, the Russians struck again in Kherson, killing two women, a 48-year-old mother and her 28-year-old daughter. The occupants fired artillery. Their shells hit an area near an educational institution in the Tavriyskiy Microdistrict.

The women victims of the Russian shelling were in the street at the time of the enemy attack, local media reported.

The wife and daughter of Vladimir Dudka, a sports doctor and physiotherapist who worked for such soccer clubs as MFC Kristall Kherson, Tavria Simferopol, and Energiya Nova Kakhovka, were killed by the Russian Federation occupation troops in Kherson.
