The famous "crazy sakura" has blossomed in Mukachevo. The Japanese cherry tree decided to please the city's residents with its pink color at the end of the first month of spring.

Interestingly, this particular sakura is called the visiting card of Mukachevo. This was reported by the Mukachevo City Council.

"Along Uspenska Street in the city center, a "crazy" sakura, known for its unusual flowering period, has blossomed.  The tree is covered with delicate pink color," the statement reads.

It is noted that this sakura always blooms first, sometimes even in February. And soon the city will see a massive flowering of Japanese cherries.

It should be added that this Japanese cherry tree was "dubbed" "crazy" because it blooms not only in spring, like other sakura trees, but also in the cold season.

In addition, this sakura is a favorite of both tourists and citizens: almost everyone posts photos of pink flowers on social media. There is even a "hint" near the tree on how best to pose near the legendary sakura.

In early January, due to abnormal heat, interesting natural phenomena began to occur in Ukraine. In particular, the legendary sakura blossomed in the Zakarpattia region and Kyiv. People online said that it was a harbinger of our country's victory in the Russian war.

As OBOZREVATEL reported earlier, the longest sakura alley in Ukraine has blossomed in the Dniprovskyi District of Kyiv on Verkhovna Rada Boulevard. It is listed in the National Register of Records of Ukraine, its length is 1402 meters and 25 centimeters.
