Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claimed that American and British intelligence services were involved in the attack on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in temporarily occupied Sevastopol. "The attack on Sevastopol was carried out by Kyiv in close coordination with American and British experts," Zakharova said.
