The Brazilian melodramatic television series "Clone" was an incredible success and was broadcast in 93 countries. The plot of the project impressed viewers so much that it continues to be watched 22 years after its release. By the way, the romance that began on the set between the performers of the main roles was an additional reason for the growth of popularity of the series. 1. Because some of the characters are shown at different points in their lives, in order to appear younger at first, they were filmed with special tapes, facelift tapes. In the final episodes, the "tape" was taken off and special makeup was applied.

2. Many scenes of "Clone" were filmed in a specially equipped huge pavilion of 830 square meters. And a huge number of filters were used to convey the atmosphere of Morocco as believably as possible.

3. The screenwriters wanted to create the most attractive image of Jade (played by Giovanna Antonelli). So she was forced to "increase" her breasts, putting special inserts into her underwear. Also, the artist wore false strands to give her hair volume. The celebrity sat on a strict diet throughout the filming, so as to look good in costumes for dancing.

4. For a long time the shooting took place in the Sahara Desert, at a temperature of about 50 degrees. It was undeniably difficult for actors to shoot in such conditions. Even the equipment could not stand. It didn't want to turn on, and the shoes literally melted, so the actors had to buy special local sandals, adapted for walking on the hot sand.

5. Some spicy episodes with Jade and Lucas filmed in the middle of the desert. During them, an accident occurred. They found a poisonous snake that could have killed a man not far from the tent.
