Ingredients:
- egg white - 20 grams
- salt
- citric acid
- powdered sugar - 220g
- colorant
- cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the egg whites, add a pinch of salt and citric acid. Mix with a whisk until the mixture is stiff and fluffy.
