Russia's chief war criminal Vladimir Putin has started talking about negotiations with Ukraine, which has sent the citizens of the terrorist country into hysterics. Russians were outraged by the words of their dictator and said that it was impossible to negotiate with Ukraine.

In their traditional manner, Russian citizens spoke about "Nazis" and dreamed about the "destruction" of Ukraine. Russians shared their aggressive thoughts in the propaganda Telegram-channel.

The Kremlin dictator said that Ukraine allegedly must cancel the decree of President Vladimir Zelensky on the prohibition of negotiations with Russia. At the same time, in Putin's sick imagination, the United States should do it.
