Spreads are the the simplest snack that can be made from any ingredients, such as fish, meat, seafood, greens, and vegetables. It is best dressed with yogurt or homemade mayonnaise.
Culinarian Victoria shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious tuna, egg and yogurt spread that takes 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- baguette - 1 pc.
- tuna (in oil) - 1 b.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- yogurt or homemade mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.
- salad leaves, quail eggs, green onions - as you wish
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and cool the eggs and grate.
2. Drain the liquid from the canned fish and mash it with a fork, add the eggs, spices, mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Cut the baguette.
4. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, brush the fish spread on top, place on the plate with the lettuce. You can decorate with half a quail egg and finely chopped green onions.
