Liver cake is a dish that almost every housewife knows how to cook, the most important thing is to make the dough without lumps. And for the filling, you can use not only the classic filling, but also mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes, and herbs.

Cook Victoria shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying liver cake with a delicious filling on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • liver - 500-600 g
  • milk - 300 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp (+- 1 tbsp)
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Filling:

  • onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of cooking:

1. Wash the liver, peel it, twist it in a meat grinder or blend it until smooth, add milk, eggs, oil, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and fry the pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.

2. For the filling: fry the onions and carrots until soft, let cool, add mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper and mix.

You can add mushrooms, processed cheese, and tomatoes to the filling.
