The terrorist country Russia has damaged Ukraine's energy system by about $11bn. In total, the Russian Federation hit energy facilities 271 times.

On energy, they used everything they had - Kalibers, Kh-22, Iskanders, drones of all modifications, artillery, rocket artillery, bombs," - said the head of the Ministry.

Galushchenko noted: taking into account the fact that the work of the Ukrainian air defense system closer to winter became much better and "there were days when maximum 10% of the shot hit, you can imagine the scale".

Oleksandr Kharchenko, director of the Center for Energy Research, said that Russia is likely to resume attacks on energy facilities in the coming winter. There will probably be current blackouts, but the situation may be better than last winter.

According to the expert, preparation for the next winter is very special and complicated. After all, based on the results of the previous season, the Russians damaged about 50% of generation and more than 40% of high-voltage networks.
