How to pickle mushrooms quickly and deliciously: a quick snack recipe

Pickled mushrooms are a very tasty, simple and fast home appetizer, which is prepared with vegetables, savory spices or marinade. Mushrooms are especially delicious combined with garlic and herbs.

Foodblogger Tatiana Sheremet(tania_sheremet_) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for pickled mushrooms, which can be eaten in just 3 hours.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 500 g
  • onion - 1/2 pc
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • mustard in grains - 2 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • greens (dill, parsley)
  • hot water - 80 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the mushrooms in a heated frying pan with a little oil over high heat. Cook until golden. Place the ready mushrooms in a bowl.

 

2. Chop the dill, cut the onion into quarter rings, cut the garlic into wedges.
