Foodblogger Alina Korzhenovskaya(alin_withkichen) on her page in TikTok shared a recipe for decorative green moss for Easter cake, which you can easily make in the microwave.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- baking powder
- green dye
Cooking method:
1. Add the sugar, flour and baking powder to the egg. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
2. Add the coloring agent to the mass, and beat everything again with a blender.
3. Pour the resulting mass into a greased mold. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
