How to get rid of fungus in the bathroom: natural remedies

Mold most often appears in rooms with high humidity, particularly in bathrooms. One of the main reasons for the appearance of mold is the lack of ventilation combined with excess moisture.
Mold can be removed without the use of aggressive cleaning agents. The details were told by the Express publication.
Laura Harnett, founder of eco-cleaning tool brand Seep, explained how to remove mold without bleach or harsh chemicals.
So here's a list of what you'll need:
- baking soda
- white vinegar
- hot water
- old toothbrush
- eco cloth
- reusable spray bottle
"Bleach is said to be good for mold, but it's a strong chemical that doesn't actually kill mold spores, so they come back quickly," Laura noted.
To clean mold from surfaces, all it takes is four simple steps.
Step 1. In a container, mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and the same amount of hot water.
Step 2. Using an old toothbrush, rub the mixture into the moldy areas in a circular motion. Larger surfaces will require more paste, so the key is to keep a 1:1:1 ratio.
Step 3 After cleaning, wash the surface with a sponge soaked in running water and dry with an eco cloth. Such cloths absorb much more than paper towels.
Step 4: White vinegar is useful as a preventative remedy for mold. Simply spray it in areas where there is a risk of mold growth. If the smell of vinegar is too pungent, use tea tree oil. 10-20 drops per glass of water is enough.
