Branded bras are often made using delicate materials and traditional technologies, so they are more suitable for gentle handwashing. However, Ramos also advises choosing this method because it will help your lingerie keep its shape longer.

Control the temperature

If you wash your bra at a temperature that is too low, it will not clean properly, and if it is too high, it will quickly become damaged. Warm water is the best solution. And when washing by hand, it will be easier to control the temperature, just make sure it is pleasant for the skin.

If you choose to machine wash

Before loading bras into the drum, Ramos recommends making sure that all the clasps are fastened and the hooks are engaged. This way, they won't damage the fabric, including on other things. It is even better to wash such clothes in a separate laundry bag.
