Hot breakfast sandwiches in 10 minutes: easy recipe

Cook Irina shared a recipe on Instagram for hot breakfast sandwiches for a hearty, quick breakfast.
- canned tuna - 1 b
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- parsley - 2-3 sprigs
- pickles - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- corn - 1 b
- hard cheese
- salt, pepper - to taste
- sandwich rolls/bread
Method of preparation:
1. Drain the brine from the canned tuna and shred with a fork.
2. Add canned corn, finely chopped red onion, pickled cucumber and parsley greens, salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise or sour cream and mix well.
3. Cut the buns in half, place the filling on the bread, cover with the cheese slices and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 C.
