The headquarters of a division of the Central Military District of the Russian Federation burned down in the village of Yelan, Sverdlovsk region. The rubble is currently being cleared at the scene.
The fire started in the office of the division commander on the second floor of the building, according to Russian propaganda media.
The military camp said that on 18 June, the staff had a day off, although the command could be at the headquarters at any time. The staff on duty noticed the fire and called the fire brigade.
The fire occurred on the night of 18 June, but as of the 19th, the Russian Emergencies Ministry is still working at the scene. According to preliminary reports, the fire caused the building to be destroyed.
The Russian media stated that the fire could have been caused by a short circuit in the wiring. The propagandists claim that the building of the division headquarters of the Central Military District of the Russian Federation is 50 years old, and this is at least the second time a fire has occurred there.

On 19 June, a massive fire broke out at a mechanical repair plant in Kuzminki, the capital of the Russian aggressor state, in Moscow. The fire engulfed 100 square metres of the roof and was classified as a first-rate fire.
Earlier it was reported that on the night of 19 June in Moscow, unknown persons attempted to interfere with the railway. Several relay cabinets were set on fire near the railway tracks on Varshavskoye Highway, damaging at least three of them.

- On 30 May, a large-scale fire broke out in the village of Ostashevo, Volokolamsk district, Moscow region, at a local distillery. Its area is at least 1,000 square metres, and emergency services have assigned the incident an increased complexity rating;
- on the afternoon of 18 June, a massive fire broke out in Bryansk. A huge column of black smoke rose above the scene of the incident. Propagandists claimed that an unfinished military hospital was on fire.
