Elementary tuna spread with no mayonnaise: takes 5 minutes to make

The spread is the perfect light snack for sandwiches and can be made in a variety of ways: avocado, tuna, sprats, herring, and even herring. The spread is often topped with garlic or mayonnaise for extra zest.
Foodblogger Catherine Mull(katyamull) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for a budget so healthy tuna and egg spread that you can easily make without mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- canned tuna - 1 b
- capers/salted cucumbers
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cream cheese/sour cream 1 tbsp.
- green onions
- salt, pepper
Method of cooking:
1. 1. Boil the eggs and mash them with a fork.
2. Drain the excess liquid from the tuna and also mash with a fork. Add to the eggs.
3. Shred the onions and cucumbers. Add to the mixture.
4. Add salt, pepper and cream cheese/sour cream. Stir and spread on bread.
