On the last day of the transfer window, Dynamo Kyiv signed a contract with 19-year-old defensive midfielder Reshat Ramadani of North Macedonian side Shkendija. Dynamo presented the newcomer in a rather extraordinary way on their social media.

In addition, the capital's club has added Venezuelan striker Eric Ramirez, who returned from a loan spell with Slovan, for the second part of the season. The 24-year-old Venezuelan played 31 games in six months at the Slovak club, scoring 7 goals and 2 assists.

Ramirez joined Dynamo in July 2021. The Ukrainian team paid €1.75 million (UAH 55 million) for the Venezuelan, as well as 20% of the player's future resale fee.
