On the morning of April 22, a strong explosion occurred in the area of the depot in the temporarily occupied Melitopol. Afterwards, a column of black smoke rose into the sky, and ambulances, firefighters and police rushed towards the depot.

This was reported by the local newspaper Ria Melitopol. According to the publication, a locomotive carrying Kadyrov's men was blown up near the depot.

According to the journalists, a loud explosion in the northern part of Melitopol occurred on April 22 at around 7.45 am. The explosion was so strong that people's window frames were shaking.

"The guerrillas once again sent a 'fiery greeting' to the Rashists in the area of the depot," the newspaper writes.

Immediately after the explosion, locals saw a black column of smoke rising above the depot. Ambulances, police, and firefighters rushed towards the site of the explosion with their sirens on.

According to the newspaper, the explosion was accompanied by casualties among the occupiers.

"RIA Melitopol has learned from its own sources that a locomotive carrying Kadyrov's men was blown up near the depot. The exact number of casualties is being concealed by the Rashists, and propaganda dumps have not even started to report on the training and filigree work of the Rashist air defence," the publication shares its insight.

Recall that earlier in the day, the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said that a new explosion had occurred in the occupied city, and the invaders called an ambulance and fire brigade.

According to him, the explosions were heard again at the occupiers' locations.
