Drivers in the temporarily occupied Crimea are warned of a possible shortage of fuel. Motorists are already asked to stock up on fuel.

SMS messages of such content were received by some regular customers of the network of gas stations "TPP" in Simferopol and Alushta, reports Radio Liberty. The messages said that the shortage is possible already this week (August 14-20).

At the same time, drivers have already encountered difficulties. Thus, it was no longer possible to fill up with A-95 gasoline at some gas stations, so drivers had to buy A-93 fuel. In addition, fuel prices are rising.

For example, at the gas station "Atan" in Kerch, the cost of gasoline A-95 exceeded Br60 (Br60.39), while the price of diesel fuel rose to Br63.39. At the gas station Vars, 95th costs Br58.7, while diesel fuel - Br58.7.

The constant increase in the price of fuel in Crimea has been maintained throughout the summer, despite the fact that the Russian "authorities" of the of Crimea claimed to be looking for ways to curb gasoline prices at Crimean gas stations. Thus, on August 10, Yuriy Gotsanyuk, the Russian-controlled "deputy prime minister" of Crimea, claimed that the fuel situation on the Crimean peninsula was "stable." He also promised that "supplies of fuel and lubricants, diesel, Ai-92 and Ai-95 gasoline" to Crimea would be increased.

As reported OBOZREVATEL, earlier the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed an oil depot and enemy warehouses in temporarily occupied Crimea. The strikes were carried out on military targets in the area of Oktyabrsky Krasnogvardeisky district. At the same time, the Crimean bridge and the transportation infrastructure at Chongar are under attack, which creates serious logistical problems for the occupants, including with the importation of fuel.
