Ingredients:

• alcohol/vodka
• chocolate

Method of preparation:

1. Pour alcohol or vodka into a cup and leave the liquid in the freezer to become icy but not frozen.

2. Melt a bar of chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, transfer to a pastry bag or baggie, making a very small hole.

3. Squeeze the chocolate in a circular motion in ice-cold alcohol or vodka. The chocolate solidifies instantly, so you can get it right away with a fork.
