Cheap three-ingredient homemade pita bread: cooked in a frying pan

A delicious homemade pita can be made with just three ingredients. There's no yeast or different dairy ingredients - so it's as quick as possible. The texture is elastic - you can wrap any filling inside. Also, this pita is great instead of bread.

Ingredients:
- flour - 450 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- hot water - 250 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt to the flour, stir, make a hole and pour warm water into it.
2. Knead the dough first with a spatula and then with your hands and leave to rest for 15 minutes (wrap the dough in clingfilm).
3. Divide the finished dough into equal parts and roll out into a thin layer the size of a pan.
4. Fry on medium heat on both sides (flip to the other side when bubbles appear).
