Cabbage salad itself is very healthy and vitamin, especially if you prepare it with vegetables - carrots, cucumbers, peppers, and complemented with a delicious dressing instead of mayonnaise - yogurt, sour cream or vegetable oil.

One of the culinary blogs (appetizing_melody) on Instagram posted a recipe for a healthy cabbage salad with a delicious dressing of avocado and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage
  • fresh cucumbers
  • cilantro/parsley
  • 1 lemon juice
  • nuts - 1 tbsp.
  • avocado - 1 pc
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • water - 4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Shred the cabbage.

2. peel and dice the cucumbers and add to the cabbage.

3. To make the dressing, put the avocado, herbs, squeeze the juice of a lemon, add olive oil, water, salt and nuts in the bowl of a blender. Blend everything until homogeneous.
