Budget bruschettas: a recipe for a delicious egg spread
Butter on sandwiches is the easiest and quickest to make and can be made with a variety of ingredients: avocado, tuna, herring, eggs, lard, melted cheese or even sprats. Cooking time is only 5 minutes.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Olga Golovina(olha.holovina) shared a recipe for budget bruschetta with egg spread.

Ingredients:
- ciabatta - 4 pcs.
- green onions - 20 g
- blue onion - 1 pc
- eggs - 3 pcs
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt
- salad mix - 25g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the bread or ciabatta and fry each piece in olive oil until golden.

2 Boil the eggs and mash them with a fork when cooked.
3. Chop the green onions.
4. Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions and salt. Stir and spread the filling on the bruschettas.
