On Tuesday, 29 August, a fire broke out in Moscow at Three Railway Stations Square. According to preliminary information, the fire engulfed warehouses.
This was reported by the Russian media. It is noted that the fire occurred on Komsomolskaya Square in Moscow.
Puffs of black smoke are rising in the area of the railway stations. They are reported to be clearly visible several kilometres away from the fire area.
Russian media report that a warehouse with Russian Railways property on Komsomolskaya Square has caught fire.
Russian Railways said it had sent a fire train to help extinguish the fire.
The Russian Emergencies Ministry reported that the fire in the building near the area of three railway stations in Moscow was 600 square metres. According to the transport prosecutor's office, the fire occurred on the territory of a warehouse complex that is to be demolished.
