Optical illusions are images of an object, subject, or person that can change shape when viewed from a different angle. Such images mislead our brains and eyesight and require us to show our non-standard approach to solving a problem.

There are different types of optical illusions:

• Literal - our eyes perceive an image, and our mind fills in the gaps that are not actually there, creating an image that is different from the object. As a result, we see something that doesn't really exist.
• Physiological - over a certain period of time, we have an excessive amount of stimuli (brightness, color, flashes, etc.) that affect our brain or eyes. Under this influence, another image is formed, which confuses us.
• Cognitive - looking at a picture, our brain makes "unconscious conclusions" about objects that are not actually in the picture. Most often, this is due to the contrast of colors.
